This book covers, in individual chapters, all relevant bacterial, fungal, and parasitic microorganisms that exist intracellularly. Additionally, chapters on symbiosis between plants or insects and microorganisms, gene transfer between host and microbes, on basics of immunology and cell biology of compartmentation will be added.
